identical but oh so deliciouzz breakfasts of the week. this is what i normally do - over eat the same stuff for a couple of days, can’t eat it for a week, and then eating it again. thank you slow brain. sandwiches with sesame paste, vegan mayo, spinach, tomatoes, nutritional yeast, cucumber. and banana, date, flax, spinach, sesame seed smooooofies. and my beautiful little pepper plant babies growing in the background.
and i also feel i really need to share this simple tip for clearer skin - GRAPE FRUIT! eat them, drink the juice and I even use the juice directly on the areas where my skin is troubled.
so, THROW YOUR CHEMICAL EXPENSIVE (probably animal tested..) FACE CREAM IN THE BIN AND GO BUY A GRAPE FRUIT. so fucking easy.
